  24.     This is a quick and dirty file conversion program that converts Mac .HQX
  25.     files back to binary.  Use to convert MacPaint documents for use with
  26.     PicSwitch.  Note this works only with .HQX files produced with BinHex 4.0,
  27.     not with the earlier .HCX and .HEX formats.  A nice complement to PICSW6.
